PostEx delivery across Pakistan

Delivery is nationwide Pakistan via PostEx. Delivery estimate: 3–4 business days.

Delivery charge — Rs 300 flat

The standard domestic courier charge is Rs 300 flat, separate from product prices and Gift Finder budgets. Check the final total before confirming an order.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched on working days. We hand the packed parcel to PostEx. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number.

Coverage and remote areas

Our service covers nationwide Pakistan through PostEx. If access to your area needs a special arrangement, contact NAYELO before ordering so we can confirm the available delivery arrangement. No additional remote-area charge is promised on this page.

Tracking

PostEx tracking is shared after dispatch. Keep your order number when asking us for an update.

Cash on Delivery

For a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, pay the PostEx rider when your order arrives. Select COD when it is available at checkout. Only payment methods actually displayed at checkout can be used.

Delivery attempts

The rider attempts delivery and contacts the customer using the phone number supplied with the order. Please answer delivery calls and make sure someone can receive the parcel.

Undelivered parcels

Unresponsive or wrong-address parcels return to NAYELO. If your parcel is undelivered, contact us through the Contact form or Facebook page to confirm the next steps before another dispatch.

Returns and delivery help

NAYELO offers a 15-day return window from delivery. Use our Contact form or Message us on Facebook. Service hours: 24 hours, every day. Expected response time: within 24 hours.
